What we collect

When you send an enquiry or build a quote, we receive what you choose to share: your name, phone number, event dates, venue, guest count and notes about your event.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry and prepare your quote.
To plan and run your event, including sharing necessary details with vendors you have approved (for example, guest count with the caterer).
To send invoices and keep accounts as required by law.

What we never do

We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
We do not add you to marketing lists without asking.
We use photos from your event in our portfolio only with your consent.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are deleted within 12 months if you do not book. Booking and invoice records are kept as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your details at any time by messaging 79089 61416 or writing to priyalohiya17@gmail.com.
